Yakitori, grilled chicken, is commonly a Japanese type of skewered chicken. But it also can refer to skewered food in general. I tried this #yakitori from @karokun_id at @tastemarket_bdg (29-31 august 2014) at Paris Van Java mall. They served beef and chicken. What I tried was Chicken Yakitori, and I like their original sauce and the sprinkle on top of it–seaweed, fried garlic, and sesame. The chicken meat itself, tasted fresh and tender.
