Hor fun is often called kway teow (or kwetiau in Indonesia) though technically they are not the same. But basically, they are ricecakes sliced into strips. Hor fun are white in color, broad, and somewhat slippery. Their texture is elastic and a bit chewy. They do not freeze or dry well and are thus generally purchased fresh, in strips or sheets that may be cut to the desired width. ud83dudc48 on the left is Seafood Horfun from @mamakkitchen Jl. RE Martadinata No.63 Bandung. They located in Heritage Factory Outlet, so you can easily access Mamak Kitchen from the factory outlet. What I like from their hor fun is the savory. It tasted a little bit salty and had a great texture – it was so smooth. It contains prawns, squids, and some vegetables. I also like the egg white in the stock. There were so many eggs.. ud83dude0d If you guys wanna see what they have you may contact them on 022-95085664 or visit their website www.mamakkitchen.com
